What should I include when I am shipping my device to you?

We only need your device for repair, so please refrain from including accessories and original packaging to reduce shipping costs. Any necessary information will be provided through our mail-in form.

Do I have to include my passcode with my phone?

It is recommended that you include your passcode with your phone. This will allow us to test your phone after the repair and make sure that everything is working properly. However, if you don’t want to provide your passcode, we can still repair your phone. We just won’t be able to test all of the features.

Do you need my SIM card?

No, we do not need your SIM card for the repair process. However, please note that without it, we cannot fully test your device.
